I bought a sample tile piece. It arrived crushed,  smashed to very many small  bits because there was no protective packaging at all,  just an opaque plastic bag. Not satisfactory! I couldn't even tell if was the right sample ! ! ! !  There was no wood or metal at all. PLUS: I had to order the actual sample because the "help" people were not even able to tell me the tile thickness!  The Alibaba photo looked great.  Material：Badulla style indoor decorative steel inlay oak wood laminate parquet flooring.
